Dr. Vijay Jog is a leading authority in corporate value creation and performance improvement. With over two decades of experience in both the public and private sector, Dr. Jog provides a unique perspective and insight into what drives performance and business management.
Dr. Jog is a Professor of Finance at Carleton University's Sprott School of Business at Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). He is a leading authority in corporate finance and performance. His expertise is in the area of corporate performance, corporate governance, taxation, corporate valuation, shareholder value creation, activity-based costing and management, organizational performance improvement and the role of capital markets in financing the enterprises including initial public offerings.
Dr. Jog has been published extensively in national and international journals, and has over one hundred articles, monographs, and books to his credit. He has received numerous awards for his research and publications, including the prestigious national "Leaders in Management Education" award in year 2000.
Dr. Jog consults to public and private sector organizations, stock exchanges, and regulatory bodies in countries around the world including Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Austria, South Africa, Ukraine, Poland, and India.

Dr. Jog is a chemical engineer with a Masters in Engineering, an MBA and a Ph.D. in Finance all from McGill University.
Senior Technical Architect
Anant Rege provides expertise in software applications design, development, and implementation. He is a specialist in seamless interfaces and third-party integration.
With over 20 years of experience in software applications design, development, and implementation, Anant is the technical authority for all of CRGroup's software development projects.
He has been involved in porting applications into next generation user interfaces and single-user applications to network environments, as well as developing installation, compression, and encryption capabilities, and integrating third party ad-hoc applications into CRGroup products. He has broad-based experience in diagnosing and bridging to legacy systems, creating OLAP interfaces to existing systems, as well as devising many other innovative methods of giving an existing IT investment a new lease on life.
Before joining CRGroup, Anant designed and developed software applications packages for several companies in India, including a system to aid structural engineers analyze and design floor beams and columns, a relational database to maintain and retrieve published papers and periodicals for an educational institute, and a document tracking system for the State Bank of India.
Anant holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and is a certified Microsoft Professional.
Manager, Software Development
Aparna Rege is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and technical support for all the third-party products that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Additionally, she manages the development of all new CRGroup third-party products.
Aparna has enhanced and maintained Changer, which is certified for Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Re-Formatter, and the other CRGroup products that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. She has been involved in the customization, installation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Aparna designed and developed Enterprise Scorecard, the comprehensive and robust CRG performance measurement software application. In addition, she designed and developed FlexABM, the Activity-Based Costing and Management software solution from CRGroup.

Aparna is technically proficient in Visual Basic, C, FoxPro 2x, Visual FoxPro and Dexterity (the Microsoft Dynamics GP programming language). She has sound knowledge of MS Access, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Anywhere and Pervasive SQL.
Aparna has a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Pune University, India.
Director, Marketing & Business Development
Doug Hum brings over 20 years of financial, technical, consulting and business experience to Corporate Renaissance Group (CRGroup). He is responsible for all CRGroup marketing and business development.
Doug combines a great business sense with more than a decade of technology experience. He has helped organizations put processes around business practices to identify and control expenditures. Over the last number of years, Doug has been increasingly involved with relationship management in building successful alliances. As the director of marketing and business development, Doug works closely with the existing CRGroup channels and alliances while looking to further expand globally.
Before rejoining CRGroup, Doug served as the business development manager responsible for a third party developer program at a global telecommunications firm. While working at the telecom firm, he managed to double the number of partners in the program and implemented procedures and ROI tools surrounding the program.
Doug has held other roles within the financial sector where he was responsible for project management, system implementations, development and support of applications. During his career, he has helped organizations identify best practices, managed their data and infrastructure and provided strategic planning.
Doug holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Carleton University and an Executive MBA from the University of Ottawa.
Director, Enterprise Business Solutions
John Smith leads the ERP and CRG emPerform business units at CRGroup, focusing on the delivery of business systems and solutions in all sectors.
John joined CRGroup in 2003 and is a key member of the CRGroup leadership team. His career spans both finance and strategic human resource management, including over a decade of consulting experience – domestic and international.
In the area of ERP John has deep experience in chart of accounts design, core financials, inventory, procurement, project accounting, revenue recognition, distribution, financial planning, FX and CTA, management reporting and analysis. He can speak authoritatively and with up-to-date knowledge about ERP implementation, business intelligence and reporting solutions, business process improvement, and large scale business system transformation projects.
In his emPerform role, John leads the business team and is involved in all facets of the business from product development and customer acquisition to implementations. John has led many emPerform implementations since the product's launch in 2004 and has often asked to advise on best practices and trends in employee performance, talent management, succession planning, competency assessment, and pay for performance.
John’s success lies in his ability to work with senior management to ensure that solutions and processes fit short and long term enterprise needs. He has led many successful projects involving extensive project management, needs assessments, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, solution design and training.
Prior to joining CRGroup, John held Finance roles with Watchfire (subsequently acquired by IBM) and Kraft Foods.
John is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA,CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors). He is also certified in various Microsoft Technologies including theMicrosoft SureStep™ Project Management methodology.
Manager, Business Technology
Kris Kyritzopoulos leads the Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft Dynamics® CRM™) and Enterprise Collaboration (Microsoft® SharePoint™) practice group at Corporate Renaissance Group (CRGroup). With CRGroup since 2005 he brings years of consulting, client engagement, and project management experience on 50+ projects worldwide in technology solutions including design, strategy, process improvement, change management, and implementation.
Kris began his career with extensive hands-on development experience across a variety of technology consulting projects including website design, reporting and analytics, application development, and database development. In the course of his experience with clients, solution building, and education, Kris has developed superior business acumen to complement his technology experience.
Blending business and technology has become a hallmark of Kris’ work and an asset to CRGroup’s clients as businesses advance further into the 21st century. He has spent his career at CRGroup working collaboratively with customers to assess and define business and technical requirements in process improvement, software development, website design, business intelligence, database development, customer relationship management, and enterprise collaboration to help organizations define their technology strategy and drive better business performance and results.
Kris has a Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Systems, Minor in Business from Carleton University and an MBA, Finance and Strategy from McGill University.
Senior Solutions Architect
Louise Harris provides expertise in designing, developing and implementing applications and reporting solutions for customers. Since joining Corporate Renaissance Group (CRGroup) in 1995, she has led many complex development projects. In particular, Louise has in-depth knowledge and experience with customizing Microsoft Dynamics® GP™ as well as integrating date from other systems into Microsoft Dynamics GP. She is also a key member of the team responsible for developing and maintaining CRGroup’s third party products that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. She developed and maintains the Re-Formatter, Merger Series and AA Tools third-party products.
Louise’s technical proficiency includes Microsoft Dynamics GP (development, customizations and integrations), Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence (Reporting Services, Analysis Services and Integration Services), Microsoft Report Builder and Great Plains Dexterity.
Louise is a graduate of Algonquin College in Ottawa with a Diploma in Business Administration. She is also a Microsoft Certified Software Developer, Microsoft Certified Applications Developer and Microsoft Great Plains Dexterity Certified Software Engineer.
