Dr. Jog has been published extensively in national and international journals, and has over one hundred articles, monographs, and books to his credit. He has received numerous awards for his research and publications, including the prestigious national "Leaders in Management Education" award in year 2000.

| Anant Rege provides expertise in software applications design, development, and implementation. He is a specialist in seamless interfaces and third-party integration. |

With over 20 years of experience in software applications design, development, and implementation, Anant is the technical authority for all of CRG software development projects. |

He has been involved in porting applications into next generation user interfaces and single-user applications to network environments, as well as developing installation, compression, and encryption capabilities, and integrating third party ad-hoc applications into CRG products. He has broad-based experience in diagnosing and bridging to legacy systems, creating OLAP interfaces to existing systems, as well as devising many other innovative methods of giving an existing IT investment a new lease on life.
Before joining CRG, Anant designed and developed software applications packages for several companies in India, including a system to aid structural engineers analyze and design floor beams and columns, a relational database to maintain and retrieve published papers and periodicals for an educational institute, and a document tracking system for the State Bank of India. |

| Aparna Rege is responsible for the maintenance, enhancement and technical support for all the third party products that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. Additionally, she manages the development of all new CRG third party products. |

Aparna has enhanced and maintained Changer, which is certified for Microsoft Dynamics GP and Re-Formatter, and the other CRG products that integrate with Microsoft Dynamics GP. She has been involved in the customization, installation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Aparna designed and developed Enterprise Scorecard, the comprehensive and robust CRG performance measurement software application. In addition, she designed and developed FlexABM, the Activity-Based Costing and Mangement software solution from CRG.

Doug combines a great business sense with more than a decade of technology experience. He has helped organizations put processes around business practices to identify and control expenditures. Over the last number of years, Doug has been increasingly involved with relationship management in building successful alliances. As the director of marketing and business development, Doug works closely with the existing CRG channels and alliances while looking to further expand globally.
Before rejoining CRG, Doug served as the business development manager responsible for a third party developer program at a global telecommunications firm. While working at the telecom firm, he managed to double the number of partners in the program and implemented procedures and ROI tools surrounding the program. |

During his career, he has helped organizations identify best practices, managed their data and infrastructure and provided strategic planning. |

Kobana Abukari leads the business intelligence (BI) practice at Corporate Renaissance Group (CRG). He has managed most of CRG’s performance management and business intelligence engagements. |

He has technology, statistical and financial management experience in BI, shared services, activity-based costing/management, ERP systems, reporting systems, IT systems, budgeting, forecasting, valuation as well as discrete, continuous and categorical data analysis. Kobana has worked on and managed consulting projects in the areas of business intelligence, activity-based costing/management, shared services, data warehousing, data mining, corporate performance management, information systems, value-based management, enterprise reporting and statistical modeling.
Prior to joining CRG, Mr. Abukari worked as a financial analyst at Ecobank (a merchant- and investment-banking firm in Ghana) where he was extensively involved in company valuation, privatization of state-owned enterprises, credit risk analysis and initial public offerings (IPOs) of companies’ shares on the Ghana Stock Exchange. |
