Rynier Keet

Executive Director, CRG South Africa 

Rynier Keet founded the management consultancy firm, RK&A Consulting, after completing the full-time phase of his MBA in 1991. Since then he has consistently sought to develop his expertise in strategic management, entrepreneurship, activity-based costing and management, performance management and systems thinking.

In December 1998, Rynier was appointed Managing Director of Corporate Renaissance Group, South Africa.

Before founding RK&A Consulting, Rynier served 21 years as an officer in the South African Air Force, during which time he spearheaded the team that managed major capital projects, concluding his career as the commanding officer of a tactical fighter squadron. After attaining a Bachelor of Commerce through the University of South Africa, Rynier left the South African Air Force to further his studies, completing his MBA in Strategic Management. 

Rynier has worked as facilitator and consultant for various South African, African, and US organizations. He also lectured in general management, system thinking, and strategic management of technology at the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business, and in strategic management at the Cape Technikon. As well as his Bachelor of Commerce from Unisa, Rynier holds an Hon B&A and an MBA, both from the University of Stellenbosch Graduate School of Business.
