Corporate Renaissance Group Announces the Sale of Changer and Migrator for SAP Business One to Argentis Consulting 

February 2, 2009 [OTTAWA, ONTARIO] – Corporate Renaissance Group (CRG) today announced that they have entered into an agreement to sell both Changer and Migrator for SAP Business One to Argentis Consulting. The agreement, which includes both the software and support of existing CRG clients who are presently using either product, is expected to close on February 9, 2009.

The sale of Changer and Migrator to Argentis Consulting comes after CRG decided to exit the SAP Business One market to pursue other business opportunities. The sale allows existing and new customers to use the much needed functionality and to be supported. Selling Changer and Migrator to Argentis Consulting was a natural fit as they have a strong relationship with SAP and the channel. Argentis Consulting’s existing expertise in supporting SAP Business One partners and customers will allow them to market these solutions more effectively.

Corporate Renaissance Group developed Changer and Migrator to help SAP Business One users improve their operational efficiency and effectiveness. Changer enables the modification and consolidation of SAP Business One data. Migrator helps migrate users of QuickBooks to SAP Business One.
