Corporate Renaissance Group Announces the Release of AA Tools

March 2, 2009 (New Orleans, LA) - Corporate Renaissance Group (CRG) announced the release of AA Tools. AA Tools is a modular solution designed to help organizations maximize their investment in Analytical Accounting (AA), a module within Microsoft Dynamics® GP. In addition, CRG announced the planned release of additional components later in 2009.

AA Tools is a set of modules that helps with the set-up and administration of Analytical Accounting. It currently consists of AA Segment Converter, AA Backfiller, AA Changer and AA Cubes. Two additional modules, AA Allocator and AA On the Fly, are scheduled for release by the end of 2009.

• AA Segment Converter converts general ledger account segment values to AA transaction dimension codes.
• AA Backfiller populates AA dimension codes for the open year, as well as historical transactions, for select journal entries.
• AA Changer changes and merges transaction dimension codes.
• AA Cubes enables efficient reporting and analytics.
• AA Allocator performs and reports on complex cost or revenue allocations in five different ways.
• AA On the Fly auto completes the individual transaction dimension codes for each dimension while creating the transaction.
