Dr. Jog was recognized for his work as President of CRG and for his continued contribution to management education in Canada in his role as Chancellor Professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University. As the President of Ottawa-based CRG, he has been responsible for the company’s growth in both service and software solutions. His work includes executive compensation, shareholder value, strategy and designing performance platforms as well as activity-based costing and shared services. Dr. Jog came to Canada in 1974 and completed his M. Eng (chemical), M.B.A. and Ph.D. from McGill University. After working as a Special Advisor in the Department of Finance, Government of Canada, he joined Carleton University where he now teaches corporate finance and value-based management. He is a recipient of many national and international awards including the Moulton Gold Medal and has been recognized by the National Post as a “Leader in Management Education” in Canada. He has published over 100 research papers and books/monographs. Dr. Jog has been a consultant to many government departments, crown corporations, and private-sector firms around the world. His clients have included ABN AMRO, CAE Electronics, Domtar, George Weston Group, Ansa McAl, The Bryden Group, Bell Canada, Daimler Benz, Cable and Wireless, Mark Anthony Group and Image Group to name a few.
